Shipping

All packages are shipped and tracked by Canada Post and require a signature for delivery. A signature ensures your product arrives safely. If you are not home when your package arrives, a card will be left indicating the post office where your package will be available.

As part of our eco-policy, we ship using reused boxes and packing materials whenever possible. However, we never ship boxes that feature sex-related logos or text. The ecosex logo will not be displayed on your package, nor is it included in the return address.

 

Shipping Rates (Canada)

All orders over $50 before taxes receive FREE standard shipping. For orders under $50, we offer a flat rate of $8 for standard shipping. Standard Shipping packages often arrive within the week, but please note they may take up to 10 business days depending on your location. Express Post is an additional $5 on any order and guarantees delivery in 2-4 days from the day it was shipped.

 

Shipping Rates (United States)

Standard shipping to the US is $20. Express Post is available for an additional $5. Please note that due to customs inspections, packages may take up to 20 days to arrive. Customers are responsible for all taxes, duty and brokerage charges. Regrettably, ecosex cannot be held responsible for packages confiscated by customs.

Returns

We are happy to offer a 30-day return policy, provided that products are in saleable condition with all safety seals intact. Please note that when returning or exchanging product, original shipping fees are not refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping charges. Please contact ecosex to obtain a return merchandise authorization.

We regret that for health and safety reasons we cannot accept returns on sexuality products, including toys, lubricants and massage oils. We test all battery-operated toys prior to shipping. However, if you receive a toy that malfunctions within 30 days of purchase, we would be happy to exchange it. Please contact us by phone or email to make arrangements. Some of our toys come with a manufacturer's warranty (noted in product description). Please keep your receipt as proof of purchase and contact the manufacturer if your product malfunctions after the 30 days covered by ecosex.

Please note charges will appear on your credit card as Red Tent Sisters, the parent company of ecosex. The specifics of your order will not be listed.
